In general, I only keep apps installed if I use them with some frequency. As an extension of that, I try to limit my home screen to the apps I use the most frequently. So while my home screen changes from time to time, this screenshot’s pretty representative of what’s usually on there. A few current favorites:

Things. I’d been using OmniFocus for most of my task management, but found the task entry process a little too cumbersome. I’ve been enjoying Things quite a bit more, as I’m finding it much easier to quickly enter in a bunch of tasks for later filing. (I will say that I miss the MobileMe syncing in OmniFocus, though.)
I tend to access my photos from the Camera app, so the Photos app gets relegated to another page.
Shazam is awesome. Full stop.
I do a fair amount of reading on my phone, and bounce between two different e-book apps. The Kindle client is excellent, but Eucalyptus blows it out of the water: I’m halfway through a Wodehouse novel, and just love the reading experience. Calling Eucalyptus “beautiful” doesn’t quite capture how wonderfully designed the application is.

Twitterrific is my favorite Twitter client on any platform. Can’t wait for the next version.
